In 4 hours from 2 pm to 6 pm the car covers  (360-180) = 180 kilometers - hence, its rate is    = 45 kilometers per hour.


At 12 midnight it will reach the distance 360 + 6 hours * 45 kilometers per hour = 360 + 6*45 = 

                                          360 + 270 = 630 kilometers from the starting point.    ANSWER
