The slope is (-2-6)/(5-(-3)=-8/8=-1
There are two equations that can be written.
y+2=-1(x-5), or y+2=-x+5 or y=-x+3. The fourth and fifth one work.
The other equation is y-6= -1(x+3), or y-6=-x-3 or y=-x+3. The fourth one and the last one would work.

y+2=-1(x-5),
and
y-6= -1(x+3),
