Divide the segment into 6 parts, 1 for the short piece one for the long.
Do the x and y separately.
For x:
(9-2)/2 = 7/2
Divide by 6 --> 7/12

For y:
(5+4)/2 = 9/2
Divide by 6 --> 3/4
--------------
If the point of division is closer to (2,-4), add the x & y to (2,-4)
--> (31/12,-13/4)

If the point of division is closer to (9,5), subtract the x & y to (2,-4)
--> (101/12,17/4)
