So, I'm pretty sure they're congruent because the angles are congruent and corresponding sides are proportional. However, I can't find the scale factor. To find the scale factor, our teacher wants us to set up our problem as a ratio. For eg BC/YZ. I just can't figure that out.

They might be similar but absolutely NOT CONGRUENT.
JK corresponds to PO;
LJ corresponds to SP;
Look at the ratios.

Actually, both are so, yes. and the figures are similar.
