Answer by stanbon(75887) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Nine more than a number squared is 25
x^2+9 = 25
x^2=16
x^2-16=0
(x-4)(x+4)=0
x=4 or x=-4
===============
(9y)2=25
(9y)2-25=0
(9y-5)(9y+5)=0
9y-5= 0 or 9y+5=0
y= 5/9 or y=-5/9
