Question 924827: Please help! [6-(5-4(5-7)+2)]+6
Answer by ptaylor(2198)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
[6-(5-4(5-7)+2)]+6
Start with the innermost bracket or paren and work out and this would be(5-7)=(-2). Now we have:
[6-(5-4(-2)+2)]+6 next we deal with -4(-2)=+8. Now we have
[6-(5+8+2)]+6 next its (5+8+2)=(15) now we have
[6-(15)]+6 look now at -(15)=-15
[6-15]+6 [6-15]=-9
-9+6=-3
Hope this helps---ptaylor
