simplify this expression: 3y^2+5yz+2z^2 over 2y^2+3yz+z^2

[3y^2+5yz+2z^2] / [2y^2+3yz+z^2]
= [3y2+3yz+2yz+z^2] / [2y^2+2yz+yz+z^2]
= [3y(y+z)+2z(y+z)] / [2y(y+z)+z(y+z)]
= [(y+z)(3y+2z)] / [(y+z)(2y+z)]
=(3y+2z) / (2y+z)
