Answer by mananth(16946)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!

let number be x
Seven times a number =7x
the product of the number and -9= (-9)x=-9x
32 greater
32+(-9x)
7x=32-9x
7x+9x=32
16x=32
/16
x=2
