This a "pick and choose" problem. Start by selecting a couple of the terms, perhaps 4a%5E2x and 2a%5E2y we can factor 2a%5E2 from these terms to get 2a%5E2%282x%2By%29-6bx-3by. Next, factor 3b from either side to get
2a%5E2%282x%2By%29-3b%282x%2By%29. The last thing we need to do is factor 2x+%2B+y from the equation is %282a%5E2-3b%29%282x%2By%29
