Distribute the 4 across (3x + 2), then distribute the -1 across the (x + 5). Then add the opposite of any constant terms that are in the LHS so that all of the constants are in the RHS leaving the variable terms in the LHS, collect like terms, and finally multiply by the reciprocal of the coefficient on the variable.
