Answer by ReadingBoosters(3246)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Starting with
-x^2 + 4x + 10
Using value x = -4
Plug in the value
-(-4^2) + 4(-4) + 10
-4*-4 = 16 and 4*-4 = -16
-(16) + -16 + 10
-22
