2nd: 2x+2
----
Equation:
3(2x+2) = 2x-10
6x+6 = 2x-10
4x = -16
---
x = -4

1st: 2x = 2*-4 = -8
2nd: 2x+2 = 2*-4+2 = -6

The integers are x and x+2
3*(x+2)=x-10
3x+6=x-10
subtract x from both sides
subtract 6 from both sides
2x=-16
x=-8
-8+2=-6
check
3*(-6)=-8-10
-18=-18
ok
