Assumming that there are two problems on addition of matrices, the problems are solved.

   [6.7 -2.6] + [-3.3 2.9]

   [6.7+(-3.3) (-2.6)+2.9] = [3.4 0.3] Answer.

 II)
   [3.5 -1.7] + [-0.2 1.1]

 = [3.5+(-0.2) (-1.7)+1.1] = [3.3 -0.6] Answer. I hope this is clear to you.
Two matrices are conformable for addition if they are of the same order.
