4(2z-3)/7 = 3z-11
(this is 4(2z-3) over 7

Multiply both sides by 7 to get:
4(2z-3) = 21z-77

8z-12 = 21z-77
13z = 65
z = 5

Checking:
4(2z-3)/7 = 3z-11
4(10-3)/7 = 15-11
4(7/7) = 4
4 = 4
