15x+6y+14x-6y=-21+26

divide by 29
x=5/29
plug the value of x in equation 1

25/29 +2y=-7
Add -25/29
2y=-7-25/29
2y=(-213-25)/29
2y=-228/29
y= -228/29*2
y= -114/29
