If you find this page, then choose the link from my Homepage "Basic, Intermediate, and College Algebra: One Step at a Time." Choose "Basic Algebra", and look in Chapter 2 for Sections 2.12 and 2.13 on the Laws of Exponents. I think you will find it "user-friendly" and MUCH easier to read than traditional textbooks. It's all FREE.
