Question 282827: x^3+4x^2-3x-12/x^2-3
Answer by richwmiller(17219)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
After dividing you get x+4
(x^2-3)*(x+4)=x^3+4x^2-3x-12
factor this way
(x^3-3x)+(4x^2-12)
x*(x^2-3)+4(x^2-3)
(x+4)*(x^2-3)
or this way
x^3+4x^2-3x-12
x^2*(x+4)-3*(x+4)
(x^2-3)*(x+4)
