Make the exponent positive and move it to the top of that fraction. Now you have
now calculate your exponent and you get

If you look closely, you will see that we want a constant "a" multiplied by x to an exponent of b. Our "a" is going to be 9/32 and our b is going to be -3 because x^3 is on the bottom of the fraction
