Question 242711: evaluate the function
f(x)=(1/3)^-x+1 at x=3

Answer by rapaljer(4671)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
f(x)=(1/3)^-x +1

I'm assuming that the exponent is -x, then the +1 is separate from the exponent.

f(3)= (1/3)^-3 +1
f(3)= 3^3+1
f(3)=27+1
f(3)=28
