Answer by Boreal(15235) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
(-x)^2 (-x)^5=
x^2*-(x^5)=-(x^7). The sign of the first is always positive and the second is negative, so there has to be a negative sign in front of the exponent sum.
------------------------
(x/y)^-3=
(y/x)^3 or y^3/x^3
-----------------------
square each term
9m^6
