.
Evaluate: 2c^2+b^3/3c when b = -3 and c = -2
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Is it  (2c^2+b^3)/3c  or  2c^2 + (b^3/3c) ?
Use parentheses to make your equations unambiguous.
This requirement (using parentheses) is mandatory when posting formulas to this site.
The second thing is: this is arithmetic.
Doing arithmetic is your job. It is not a job for tutors.
