Please remember that (almost) every algebra problem can be broken down into simple parts. You can multiply what is outside parentheses by what is inside as you are simplifying if needed, be careful of your signs though.
8x-4[5-3(x+1)]
multiply parenthesis by -3
8x-4[5-3x-3]
multiply brackets by -4
8x-20+12x+12
combine similar parts
20x-8
simplify further if needed
2(10x-4)
4(5x-2)
Your question had no equals (=) sign so there is no true "answer" to it, but if there was, just be sure when it comes time to simplify "whatever you do to one side, you must do to the other side".
