I have seen this question and similar posted - providing the number of tickets that need to be sold does NOT provide a statment of inequality and THAT is the answer to the question - a statement of inequality. it should read something as follows (the variable t should be included) is equal to or greater than 300.
Proceeds from the sale of tickets (t), plus amount already raised, is greater than, or equal to total to be raised, OR
