.
The six digits 1,4,2,8,5, and 7 repeat. 75/6=12.5, so the sequence will repeat completely 12 times before 75. After 12 repetitions we will be ending the sequence at position 72. At position 73 the sequence starts with 1, 4 at 74. and 2 at position 75.
ANSWER: The 75th digit is 2.
