Let the number of dimes be "d"; the value of these is 10d cents
Let the number of quarters be "q"; the value of these is 25q cents
----------------
Note: $30 = 3000 cents
--------------------
INEQUALITY:
value + value >= 3000 cents
10d + 25q >= 3000
===============
