Question 926839: If one root of the equation ax^2+bx+c=0 is 2+√3 , then what is the other root if a, b and c are integers? Please help someone??
Answer by ewatrrr(24785)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
ax^2+bx+c=0
one root is 2+√3
Then... the other root is 2-√3
x - (2+√3 ))(x - (2-√3)) = 0
x^2 - (4+1) = 0
x^2 -4x + 7 = 0
