add 3/7 on both sides
2+s-3/7 +3/7 = 6/7+3/7
2+s=0 = (6+3)/7
2+s = 9/7
subtract 2 on both sides
2+s-2 = 9/7-2
s = 9/7 -2
s = 9/7 -2*(7/7)
s= 9/7 -14/7
s= (9-14)/7
s =(-5)/7
s= -7/5
