Question 897116: (5^3x)*(25)^y=(1/5)
(7^x)*(49^2y)=1
This is a simultaneous equation I would appreciate it if you could help me
Answer by Alan3354(69443) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
(5^3x)*(25)^y=(1/5)
(5^3x)*(5)^2y=5^-1
3x + 2y = -1
-------------
(7^x)*(49^2y)=1
(7^x)*(7^4y) = 7^0
x + 4y = 0
3x + 2y = -1
Can you do the rest?
