Answer by stanbon(75887) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
2x + 7 + 3x = 32
Add the "like" terms to get:
5x + 7 = 32
Subtract 7 from both sides to get
5x = 25
Divide both sides by 5 to get:
x = 5
