Question:
simplify (x is the letter NOT multiply)
(2x2 - 3) + (3x2 + 2x - 1) + (-2x3 - 2x2 + 2x) + (6x - 3)
Answer
(2x2 - 3) + (3x2 + 2x - 1) + (-2x3 - 2x2 + 2x) + (6x - 3)
==> 2x^2 - 3 + 3x^2 + 2x - 1 + -2x^3 - 2x^2 + 2x + 6x - 3
Collect the like terms....
==> 2x^2 - 2x^2 + 3x^2 + -2x^3 + 2x + 2x + 6x - 1 - 3 - 3
==> -2x^3 + 3x^2 + 10x - 7
Which is the simplified form.
Hope you found the explanation useful.
Regards.
