There is no x in the given equation therefore is no solution.

487 / 6 * X +12-7=1628.3 could mean several things
(487 / 6) *( X +12)-7=1628.3
487 /( 6 * X) +12-7=1628.3
You need to learn to write in the language of mathematics as well as in English.

order of operations do all multiplication and division in the order they appear from left to right, then addition and subtraction in the order they appear from left to right
81.2*x +5 = 1628.3
81.2x = 1623.3
x = 19.99
x = 20
