Answer by praseenakos@yahoo.com(507) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
2/5(10x-3)+3/5= 1
2/5(10x-3) = 1-3/5
2/5(10x-3) = (5-3)/5
2/5(10x-3)= 2/5
2 = 2.5.(10x-3)/5
2 = 2.(10x-3)
1= (10x-3)
1+3 = 10x
10x= 4
x= 4/10 x= 2/5
Answer by JohnsenP(4) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
[2/5( 10x - 3) + 3/5 = 1] get rid of the fraction by multiplying 5
20x - 6 + 3 = 5 combine like terms
20x = 8 devide both by 20 to get the value of x
x = 8/20 or x = 2/5
