Hi,
1/x^2+3x+2 + x/x+2 = 1/2
|Multiplying thru by so as all denominators = 1
2 + 2x(x+1) = (x+1)(x+2)
2 + 2x^2+ 2x = x^2 + 3x + 2
x^2 - x = 0
x(x-1) = 0, x = 0 0r x = -1
