Find the slope.

Find the y-intercept
y = mx +b
4 = (-4/15)*7 + b
4 = -28/15 + b
4 + 28/15 = b
88/15 = b
We now have y = -4/15 x + 88/15
Multiply both sides by 15.
15y = -4x + 88
4x + 15y = 88 <---- standard form
