Hi,
|Multiplying thru by 3 so as all denominators = 1
2(2x-1) + 9 = 12(2x-4)
4x -2 + 9 = 24x - 48
55 = 20x
55/20 = x = 11/4

4/3x-2/3+3=8x-16
4/3x-8x=-16+2/3-3
-20/3x=-18 1/3
-20/3x=-55/3
x=-55/3+20/3
x=-35/3
x=-11 2/3
