Do not use x for times and as a variable.
4x-3(2x+1)=-9x5(2x-1)
rewrite
4x-3(2x+1)=-9*5(2x-1)
4x-(6x+3)=-9*(10x-5)
4x-6x-3=-90x+45
-2x-3 =-90x+45
0=88x-48
x = 6/11
