They both then work and finish picking the field in another two hours. If Ben had not shown up and Jerry had to instead work by himself, how long would it have taken him to pick the field?

using a table...ben's rate = 1/8, his time is 3 hours?,
Jerry's rate is 1/x and his time is 2 hours? (working together)
