Question 80691: 2(y+2)=3*4
Answer by rapaljer(4671)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
2(y+2)=3*4
2y+4 = 12

Subtract 4 from each side:
2y+4-4 = 12-4
2y=8

Divide both sides by 2
y=4
