Problem 1:
-27+(-5)+27
-27 and 27 cancel out leaving you with -5 as the answer.

6*5(1/5)
start by multiplying 5 and (1/5) which gives you 1.
6*1=6
Problem 3:

which gives you -8 (1/2)
Problem 4:
5-2(2(1/2)+3)
start by doing what is in the ( )

now multiply that by -2

now the equation is 5-(-11)
the 2 negative signs turn into 1 postive sign
5+11=16
