If you want to factor, then,
(16a^2) * (x^2) * (y^2) - (25a^2) * (z^2)
(4^2a^2) * (x^2) * (y^2) - (5^2a^2) * (z^2)
(4axy)^2 - (5az)^2
(4axy - 5az)(4axy + 5az) ... use the difference of squares rule
a(4xy - 5z)*a(4xy + 5z) ... factor out the common term 'a'
a^2(4xy - 5z)(4xy + 5z) ... rearrange terms
Final Answer: a^2(4xy - 5z)(4xy + 5z)
