Benjy needs 1200 mgs of Calcium per day
He eats an orange which furnishes him with
52mg of Calcium
1200 - 52 = 1148mgs
1148mg/380mg = 3 cups of milk.
So, Benjy should eat 1 orange and drink
3 cups of milk to achieve his 1200 mgs of Calcium.
