Question 760407: how to solve
[3/(m+2)] - (2/3) = 5
Answer by josgarithmetic(39617) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Reverse what was done to m. You are supposed to solve for me.
This was done:
added 2;
made reciprocal;
multiplied by 3;
subtracted 2/3. All that was then equated to 5.
Now, just undo all of that. To BOTH sides, do this:
Add 2/3;
divide by 3;
make the reciprocal;
subtract 2.
That is your answer, solved for m.
