Sure. Any of those factors can be zero. Some value of x will make one of them zero, and there is a value of x for each factor to make it zero.

Can x be zero? Yes. x=0 so the product is zero.

Can x-2 be zero? Yes. if x-2= 0 then x=2.

Can x+5 be zero? Yes. If x+5=0 then x=-5.
