2x^2+x+1=1

Answer by jim_thompson5910(35256)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
2x^2+x+1=1

2x^2+x+1-1=1-1

2x^2+x+0 = 0

2x^2+x = 0

x(2x+1) = 0

x = 0 or 2x+1 = 0

x = 0 or 2x = -1

The two solutions are x = 0 or x = -1/2
