6(2x+1) - 3(3x+4) = 2(5x-9)

Multiply what's inside the brackets:
12x + 6 - 9x - 12 = 10x - 18

Arrange the x's on left and numerical values on the right:
12x - 9x - 10x = - 18 - 6 + 12
