64p^2-9=0
Factor to get:
(8p-3)(8p+3)=0
One of these factors must be zero, so:
p=3/8 or p=-3/8

Solve for p:
Divide both sides by 64.
Factor the numerator and the denominator.

Take the square root of both sides.
