Rope package in 80-foot lengths must be cut into 12-foot peices to do a certain job. If 28 such peices of rope are needed for the job, how many packages of rope are needed?
It looked really simple but it's actually complicated.
the choices are: (a). 4
(b). 5
(c). 6
(d). 7
(e). 28
the answer is 5 but i keep getting 4. Please help
