THE MAXIMUM SPACE FOR THIS PROBLEM IS A CIRCLE.
FIRST WE FIND THE RADIUS OF THE CIRCLE USING THE CIRCUMFERANCE FORMULA:
C=2PIR
50=2*3.14*R
50=6.28R
R=50/6.28
R=7.96 FEET
NOW WE USE THE AREA FORMULA:
A=PIR^2
A=3.14*7.96^2
A=3.14*63.36
A=198.955 SQUARE FEET.

The answer is "circular" as a circular circumference encloses the maximum area for a given perimeter when compared to other 2-D figures.
Similarly a sphere encloses the maximum volume for a given surface area when compared to other 3-D figures.
