Question 712597: 10k-k=4k-14
please show me how to do this!!
Answer by algebrahouse.com(1659) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
10k - k = 4k - 14
9k = 4k - 14 {combined like terms on left side}
5k = -14 {subtracted 4k from each side}
k = -14/5 {divided each side by 5}
