Answer by jim_thompson5910(35256)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
y=x/4+13/2

4*y=4*(x/4+13/2)

4*y=4*(x/4)+4*(13/2)

4y = x+26

4y - x = 26

-x+4y = 26

x - 4y = -26

-------------------------------------------------------

Answer: x - 4y = -26
